GETTING THERE
By Road
Satkhol is 350 km from Delhi, a comfortable drive of about eight hours. The nearest railway station is at Kathgodam, 75 km away, from where buses and taxis are available. The route is through Hapur - Gajrola - Moradabad - Rampur - Haldwani - Bhimtal - Bhowali-Ramgarh - Nathwakhan.
By Rail
The nearest railway station is at Kathgodam, 75 km away. Ranikhet Express and Shatabdi Express ply between Delhi and Kathgodam. Hire a cab from the station to Satkhol or take a bus. The journey takes approximately 2 ½ hrs to 3 ½ hrs. Conveyance facilities to and from Kathgodam are possible on prior notice |
