1.    Package should be for Minimum 2NTS.
2.    Tariffs / Packages, subject to change without notice.
3.    CREDIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
4.    Advance: 100% on all bookings. All cheques / drafts to be drawn in favor of         ‘Frozen Woods’, payable at Delhi
5.    Cancellation Policy / Refund Policy –
       a.    Less than 15 days but more than 10 days- 30% of the package price
       b.    Less than 10 days but more than 7 days-50% of the package price
       c.    Less than 7 days or no show - NO REFUND
       d.    NO REFUND for unused nights.
       e.    NO REFUND in full or part for any service not provided due to technical
              or other reasons beyond our control.
